During her tenure at RSM Dominicana, she held positions of increasing responsibility — from Audit Assistant through Audit Manager — building a comprehensive understanding of audit processes. As part of her professional experience, she was a member of the Regional Committee on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), actively participating in initiatives aimed at technical updating and strengthening of professional practice.
She also led high-impact strategic projects, including the management of audit methodology training programs, the implementation of the firm's Quality Management System, and the development of the Information Security Management System, certified under the ISO 27001 standard.
This experience contributed to the development of strong capabilities in technical management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, effective coordination of projects and audits, and the management of administrative and operational processes with an analytical and strategic perspective.
She holds a degree in Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) and a Master's in Finance with a concentration in Capital Markets from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). She has further complemented her training with international programs in business intelligence, leadership, entrepreneurship and finance in emerging economies, including studies at Harvard University.
